Connecting Feishu
Bring your AI employees into Feishu: prepare the bot, authorize, verify messaging, and three high-value first workflows.
AI employees are only useful where you actually work - and for many teams that place is Feishu. Once connected, your AI employees receive messages, digest meeting notes, and send reminders in your groups, while all processing still happens on your local device.
Before you start
- A Feishu account and a group you can manage (start with a small test group).
- MotiClaw installed, with at least one AI employee already claimed and working.
Setup steps
- Open channel settings in MotiClaw, choose Feishu, and follow the guided bot creation and authorization.
- Add the bot to your target group and send a test message to confirm the AI employee receives and replies.
- Assign one AI employee as the owner of that group in the workspace - one group, one owner, no crosstalk.
Three first workflows
- Meeting notes → actions: drop notes into the group; the agent extracts next steps, owners, and reminder times.
- Client-group follow-up: requests and promises mentioned by clients become todos with due-date reminders.
- Daily digest: at a fixed time each day, the agent summarizes the group's key information into one message.
Data boundary note
With Feishu connected, only channel messages travel over the network; digesting, memory, and task execution stay on your device. See Data & Security Boundary for details.
Tip: run one small group for a week and tune the owning agent before rolling out to client groups and large groups.
