Guide for Solo Operators & Founders

For solo operators and small-team founders: hand gathering, follow-up, and drafting to AI employees and keep only the decisions.

Working alone, the enemy is not being busy - it is scatter: ideas in WeChat, material in browser tabs, promises in your head. The right way to use MotiClaw is not "one more chat box" but staffing yourself with a clearly divided AI employee team.

Your first team (3 AI employees)

  • The gatherer: takes ideas, links, screenshots, and chats; returns grouped material and workable angles.
  • The follow-upper: digests meeting notes and promises into todos with reminders and context.
  • The drafter: produces first passes at FAQ replies, weekly reports, and docs.

What a day looks like

  1. Morning: open MotiClaw - last night's material is grouped and today's first step is lined up.
  2. Daytime: forward meeting notes to the follow-upper; each client's current action and reminder update automatically.
  3. Evening: the drafter turns today's common questions into drafts; you spend ten minutes editing.

Scaling up

The Free plan's 8 AI employees are enough to get the core loop running. When you start handing over more (content distribution, data cleanup, client tiering), consider Plus / Pro for higher hosted-model limits and employee caps.

Principle: get one agent doing one thing well before adding the next. Claiming a pile of agents at once recreates the scatter.
