Is MotiClaw free?
The desktop app is free, with full local features and base hosted-model limits. Subscriptions only affect hosted-model usage - see Plans & Limits.
Is my data uploaded to a server?
No. Data and agents run on your own device. Only channel messages you explicitly connect and model calls go over the network, and model calls send only the context needed for the current task.
macOS says the app cannot be opened
Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. This is macOS's standard prompt for newly installed apps.
Which systems are supported?
macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows (x64 and ARM64). The download dialog detects your device and recommends the right installer.
Do I lose data when my subscription expires?
No. Expiry only lowers limits back to Free. All data, agents, and point balances stay intact.

Join the Feishu group from the Contact section on the homepage - the team and community respond there. Doc requests are welcome too.
